Founded over 12 years ago, Russell MacAndrew Consulting is a private company based in Melbourne, Australia. Russell MacAndrew is founder and Director of the firm.

Russell MacAndrew Consulting provides businesses with tailored solutions in management, recruitment, communication & education consulting and training. And we work very closely with our clients to ensure delivery of results that endure.

Over the years Russell MacAndrew Consulting has worked hard to earn a reputation among clients for:

Globally, Russell MacAndrew Consulting has been at the forefront of projects such as course leader of the successful 2006 "Tonga Project" (for Certificate IV in Frontline Management) in conjunction with AMC Search, that saw the rebuilding of a fence around a local primary school.

Also under sub-contract with AMC Search, Russell MacAndrew Consulting undertook the management training module for the building of a Cook Islands Public Bus Shelter - a community project which saw AMC Search as winners of the Presidents Award at the 2006 Tasmanian PMAA awards.

Locally, Russell MacAndrew Consulting has introduced strategic management and marketing to the 'medical science professionals' unit at the Royal Hobart Hospital, producing a far more efficient and effective service.

Russell MacAndrew Consulting have also been crucial to the successful restructure of several enterprises & organisations - including the Human Resource Management area of Social Security Melbourne.
