Russell MacAndrew - Company Director

Russell has over 20 years management experience in the commercial arena and over 15 years management experience in the Federal Public Service; primarily involved in operational management, project management, human resource management and human resource development.

Currently researching for a Doctorate of Philosophy, Russell has tertiary qualifications in several areas including management and human resource development.

Russell's reputation as an adult educator is excellent, and as a consultant has been crucial to such achievements as:

• The successful restructure of the Human Resource Management area of Social Security in Melbourne

• The introduction of credible management training to Social Security Tasmania

• The implementation of the recruitment and selection functions for organisations such as Motor Registry Tasmania, and Tasmania Racing

• Providing successful project management and policy development courses for senior managers in the Northern Territory Public Service

• The coordination of ongoing successful overseas community based projects

• Training programs for the Kuwait Naval School in Kuwait

• Management training programs for the Department of Defence in the Pacific Region through AMC Search and the Pacific Patrol Boat Program.

Currently Russell trains and consults in the following areas: interpersonal communication skills, project management, human resource management, stress management, change management, operational management, strategic planning, policy formulation, marketing, client service, organisational structure and development, human resource development and adult education.

Debbie MacAndrew - Administration

Jude Mulcahy

Jude is an experienced facilitator, innovator and net-worker with strong leadership attributes. She has worked for 20 years in business development, sourcing and accessing funding, and developing public and private investment strategies commercialisation.

In 1989, Jude completed her Post Graduate in Corporate Management, and has also earned certification in teaching, commerce and accounting. Jude has been vital to such accomplishments as:

• Developing business plans linking Commonwealth and State/Territory directives for Health, Education and Police Departments.

• Successfully tendering and sourcing funding for various Non-Profit Health Organisations

• Heading the Public Sector Management Masters module for the Open Learning University - specialising in project management, costing, production scheduling and succession planning.

• Conducting feasibility and planning for growth in the Oil, Gas and Mining Sectors

• Partnering with Regional Universities and TAFEs to manage adjustment, development opportunities and change.

• Organising and restructuring services, integrated and aggregated systems, and developing training programs for the Northern Terriroty Power and Water Authority
